Refund Policy

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every DebateGuard Pro subscription. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date.

2. Who handles refunds

All orders are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Refunds are issued by Paddle on our behalf, in line with Paddle's Refund Policy.

3. How to request a refund

You have two ways to request a refund within the 30-day window:
  • Visit paddle.net, look up your order using the email you paid with, and request a refund directly.
  • Or email us at contact@debateguard.com and we will start the refund for you.

4. After the 30-day window

After 30 days, refunds are reviewed case-by-case (for example, technical issues preventing use of the service or accidental renewals reported promptly). Contact us and we will work with Paddle to find a fair outcome.

5. Cancellation vs refund

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from Settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; if you also want money back for the most recent charge, request a refund as described above.
